Hey Matt,

I've never personally published anything on upper body foam rolling, but there is great video by Eric Cressey you could check out on YouTube HERE.

I would also HIGHLY recommend that you pick up Mike Robertson and Bill Hartman's Inside Out Warm Up.

Best upper body warm up around!

I really appreciated the foam roller exerciese that you initially sent me. Have you published any articles on t-nation.com or anywhere else regarding foam rolling exercises for upper body?

The lower body article previously published on t-nation is what motivated me to follow your articles a bit. God has blessed me with decient legs that are easy to develop as oppossed to other body parts, but your lower body exercise routine took me to another level despite the simplicity of the routine. I incorporate it in my routine once or twice a month. thank you.
