Just reading through your old posts. I don&#039;t mean to give you a hard time or anything, but do you really go with the 220 - age thing? I&#039;m 49 and that would mean that 171 would be MAX heart rate whereas that&#039;s about where I am when I&#039;m done with a sprint. I was interested to see Cressey&#039;s suggestion, though, since  I do something similar; I wait &#039;til my HR is under 130 before going again. Anyway, just wanted to get your thoughts on it.</description>
