Just a quick Sunday update to ask you two questions…

  1. Hi, are you aware step 2 of the heel slide movement is missing in the article? I’d like to know what I am missing because I am thinking of trying the move at home. Thanks for the help

  2. Hi Nicole,

    Apparently I don’t know how to count. Step 3 is actually step 2. I must have written that early in the AM with no tea in my system. I’ll drop them a note over at M&F to see if I can get that changed.
