Hamstring Pull

 

Are you constantly plagued by hamstring pulls or are they just so tight that you can barely bend over to tie your shoes?  If so, then you’re in luck.  Okay… well…maybe not so lucky about the hamstring problem, but at least I’ve got some good news for you.

  1. Loved this article. Speaks perfectly to some of the main hindrances in my training/soccer. The result of this is lower back pain after running or sprinting which hurts for days. Great site, btw. Post more!
