Personally I've waded through many textbooks and had many years of discussions with colleagues to learn what I know. I believe that having the knowledge and experience of THREE people distilled into a single product would be of great value to a new trainer. Although I think it is important to always continue learning, owning a product like this would save a young trainer many years of trial and error.

I actually bought this myself because even though I've read and learned a lot, there is always something more to learn. More importantly, even if you've read the same resources it is still likely that others will integrate them differently into their own programming and have different solutions for the same problems.

Is the product going to make you a newer trainer instant million dollar superstar? Probably not. Is the product going to give you a leg up on the competition? You're damn right it is.

Mark,

While not battery of assessment tests will ever be truly 100 percent complete and a trainer should always continue to learn new things and add to his arsenal, how far do you think this product would take a new trainer along the continuum of ability to assess clients?

I recognize this would only be a very rough percentage, but I am just curious (I already purchased the product, so I am sold on its value) how far a highly-skilled trainer capable of top assessments like you thinks this would be able to take many other trainers.
