Good stuff Mark,

It looks like I have the same reading as your daughter! I am and probably will always be re-reading Sahrmann, but a great one I wanted to add that I have been glued to is Mike Boyles Advances in Functional Training. I just like the way that guy thinks. (and great stuff, goes well with FSC 3.0)

Outliers was good, but Blink by him is still my fav. Great stuff for sure!

Super Freakonnomics is pretty good too as I just finished that one.

I just met Neil Rampe (soft tissue/trainer for the AZ Diamondbacks) the other night and he blew my mind and we agreed some most things, albeit with different method and I learned a ton from him. Great stuff and learning from others is so HUGE.

Thanks for the shout out Mark! Let me know how I can help you out with Z-Health and I will do whatever I can. Ditto for all the other smart readers here too.

Rock on!

Mark, Since I read In Defense of Food last summer, I've found those sort of "nutrition" books very interesting. I'll ahve to add FFN to the list now.

Who knows if the government will ever do something about regulating the industries (talk about an unhill battle...)

I have learned a tremendous amount of info on the StrengthCoach.com forums as well! The physical therapist/athletic trainers are a huge resource for all trainers and coaches.
