Recently my friend Mike Scott sent a group of fitness professionals and rehabilitation specialists a question:
“In 4 (FOUR!) sentences or less, name your favorite resource for strengthening, conditioning, health, OR rehabilitation information. This can include books, journals, seminars, websites (NOT GOOGLE), or anything else you can think of. You can only include ONE resource my friends, so make sure it is your favorite.”
Now THAT is a tough question. Check out the list of answers HERE and then swing back by to let me know what your favourite resource is in the comments section below.
PS: Don’t come back and tell me your site is the best site on the internet you arrogant buggers.
Here is why I have a love-hate relationship with the internet. With so many great resources out there right now, it’s an information junkies paradise……………..but the more great resources I find (this being a prime example), the more I find out about other excellent ones. It often makes it hard to fit all the added reading in and still be able to wind down at night.
As always, thanks for sharing so much quality stuff, Mark!

I completely agree. Every so often I have a critical look at my RSS feed and newsletter subscriptions and try to determine how much applicable or interesting material I’ve learned from them and cut off the ones I don’t really need. Admittedly it is hard, but if I didn’t do this I’d need to be attached to the computer 24 hours per day.
Mind you, I suggest that nobody delete my website from your list of reading options or your computer may self destruct. Just sayin’.
