		<description>While I can;t comment on the product at this time, I personally employ step-up variations early on in programming after having established any requisite mobility for the ROM to be used. After all, climbing a flight of stairs is a fundamental activity for anyone without major limitations, and as such, starting with a low step and progresively increasing its height seems like a worthwhile intervention from very early on in the training process.</description>
