As many of you know, this week is the launch of my very first fitness product called How to Read Fitness Research and I’m pretty excited about it. I think HTRFR is going to fill a huge void for those who are looking to create evidence based programs.
.
However, on Monday I read a comment on someone else’s blog where someone said that they wished there was a “try before you buy” option for this product. Unfortunately, there is no such option. But there is a buy it – try it – use it for 8 weeks – and if you don’t like it I’ll give you your money back option. I think that’s actually an even better option.
.
Even so, I wanted to give you something a little more convincing so I’ve decided to give you a snippet of one of the seminars with a tip on how I answer the question I get asked all the time: “How to you stay on top of the most current research?”
.
Check it out!
*Sorry about audio quality. Damn YouTube! Actual quality is much better on the actual product*
.
.
So that’s it. Follow that simple tip and you’ll be able to stay on top of the research like a pro. For more simple tips like that as well as which journals to follow, how to read the research, and how to apply it for the best results purchase How to Read Fitness Research now!

And remember, the price now is $37 and it goes up to $77 after Friday so time is ticking. There’s no risk. Buy it. Try it. Love it. Or your money back.

Mark,
That was me who left that comment. I wasn’t referring specifically to your product, rather to online products in general.
I decided I will purchase your product.
The main reason was the comment you made on Bret Contreras’ blog about fitness being one of the few professions (especially) in the health field in which the practitioners tend to get their information from the same sources as the public (magazines, websites, blogs etc).
Although I am fairly comfortable reading research, I feel that I will still be able to learn something from your prodyct, and also, I just want to support someone who is trying to take the profession to a higher level.
Congratulations on the release, I hope it is a success.

Hey Nick – Thanks for picking up the product. That is MUCH appreciated.
I wasn’t trying to pick on you in particular though. I just figured that if one person had a thought, there were probably tons of others in the same boat.
